The Settings page allows you to subscribe or unsubscribe for monitoring of data entities.

After the app is installed, by default the data types under Product Catalogue, Design & Content, Channel & Multistore entities are ticked and enabled for monitoring.

Monitoring implies, that when any creation or deletion or changes are done to the data entity either manually or by any automated means then an entry will be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

Currently only the following data entities are monitored.

 Product Catalogue

Categories

Products

Product Channel Assignments

Product Category Assignments

Price List Assignments

 Customer
 Order
 Design & Content

Pages

Email Templates

 Channel & Multistore

The data types under Customer and Order entities are not ticked and monitoring is not started. At your discretion, you can start the monitoring by clicking on the blue play button.

Once the monitoring is initiated for the data types in non-default entities like Customer and Order, the red cross icon gets removed and replaced with green tick icon.

Clicked the blue play button on the Orders:

Click on the blue pause button to stop monitoring .

When the monitoring is paused, any changes done to the data entities will not be reflected in the recent changes screen and they will not be included in the scheduled full backup.

Clicked the blue pause button on the Orders:

Click on the blue play button to resume monitoring .

When the monitoring is started, any changes done to the data entities will be reflected in the recent changes screen and they will be included in the scheduled full backup.

Product Catalogue

After the app is installed, by default the data types under this entity are ticked and enabled for monitoring. At your discretion, you can stop the monitoring by clicking on the blue pause button.

 Categories - Admin panel > Products > Product Categories

a) When monitoring is started, any creation or deletion or changes are done to the product categories either manually or by any automated means then an entry will be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

b) When monitoring is stopped, any creation or deletion or changes are done to the product categories either manually or by any automated means then an entry will not be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

 Products - Admin panel > Products

a) When monitoring is started, any creation or deletion or changes are done to the products either manually or by any automated means then an entry will be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

b) When monitoring is stopped, any creation or deletion or changes are done to the products either manually or by any automated means then an entry will not be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

 Product Category Assignment - Admin panel > Products > Edit product > Assign category

a) When monitoring is started, any category assignment to the product done either manually or by any automated means then an entry will be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

b) When monitoring is stopped, any category assignment to the product done either manually or by any automated means then an entry will not be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

 Product Channel Assignment - Admin panel > Products > Edit product > Manage Channel

a) When monitoring is started, any product assigned to a channel either manually or by any automated means then an entry will be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

b) When monitoring is stopped, any product assigned to a channel either manually or by any automated means then an entry will not be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

 Price List Assignments - Admin panel > Products > Price lists

a) When monitoring is started, any price list assigned to a product either manually or by any automated means then an entry will be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

b) When monitoring is stopped, any price list assigned to a product either manually or by any automated means then an entry will not be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

Customer - Admin panel > Customers

After the app is installed, by default the data types under this entity are not ticked and monitoring is not started. At your discretion, you can start the monitoring by clicking on the blue play button.

Orders - Admin panel > Orders

After the app is installed, by default the data types under this entity are not ticked and monitoring is not started. At your discretion, you can start the monitoring by clicking on the blue play button.

 Pages - Admin panel > Channel Manager > Storefront > Webpages

 Email Templates - Go to Marketing > Transactional Emails

a) When monitoring is started, any creation or deletion or changes are done to the transactional emails, then an entry will be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

b) When monitoring is stopped, any creation or deletion or changes are done to the transactional emails, then an entry will not be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

Note: Enabling and disabling of email templates is not related to rollback, hence, it won’t be displayed in Recent Changes tab.

Channels - Admin panel > Channel manager

After the app is installed, by default the data types under this entity are ticked and enabled for monitoring. At your discretion, you can stop the monitoring by clicking on the blue pause button.

a) When monitoring is started, any creation or deletion or changes are done to the storefront, then an entry will be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.

b) When monitoring is stopped, any creation or deletion or changes are done to the storefront, then an entry will not be recorded in the Recent Changes tab.
