RollBack Pro Full Backup screen

A “Full Backup” is automatically initiated:

  1. Soon after the app is installed and activated through a subscription plan selection.

  2. Through scheduled nightly backups at midnight

The Full Backup tab displays the entries of the backups taken, scheduled as well as the manually initiated backups.

Currently, backup can be scheduled only once a day and it is scheduled at midnight.

The backup list grid displays summary IDs, start date & time, end date & time, duration and the status.

Clicking on the ‘Take Full Backup’ on Home page initiates a Full Backup of the complete store.

An entry will be displayed in Full Backup tab as follows while the backup is in progress:

After the completion of full backup, end date & time, duration will be displayed. Status will be displayed as 'Completed'.

Change the date range and click Apply Filter, then all the entries pertaining to the full backup taken during that date range will be displayed.

Click on Reset button, the date range will get cleared.

Click on View Details to see the list of data types that can be selected for rollback.

Select an entity e.g., Brands, and click on RollBack button, a window with the message “Data restoration is queued for processing” is displayed.

Full Backup:
