RollBack Pro Recent Changes screen
The Recent Changes screen shows the recent activities viz., create, update & delete events on the store entities in a grid form with the following filter criteria:
Select Entity
From Date
To Date
This screen displays all the changes, manual or automated, that occur on the store entities.
For any event whether create or update or delete occurs on a data entity in the BigCommerce store, an entry will be recorded and displayed in the Recent Changes screen.
If there’s no entry, then please check in the settings screen whether the monitoring has started. If it is started, then there could be a delay in receiving webhook from BigCommerce.
Select an entity e.g., Products, from the drop down list and click Apply Filter, then all the entries pertaining to the changes that happened on the products will be displayed.
Change the date range and click Apply Filter, then all the entries pertaining to the changes that happened during that date range will be displayed.
Click on View Version, the current version and the selected version will be displayed. By default, the latest version which is same as current version is displayed. Since both the versions are same, the RollBack button is disabled.
Please note: The view version link is not available for the events like created, assigned, unassigned.
Click on the + button to expand the entities.
Select a version from the drop down values,
Select a version from the drop down values, then the entity details of that version will be displayed and the RollBack button will get enabled.
Click on the RollBack button, a window with the message “RollBack Initiated” will be displayed and the data will be restored to previous version.
An entry will be recorded and displayed in the Recent Changes screen.
If there’s no entry, then please check in the settings screen whether the monitoring has started. If it is started, then there could be a delay in receiving webhook from BigCommerce.
Click on Reset button, the date range will get cleared.
The status of the rollback request in recent changes screen can be seen in the “Selective RollBack Log” screen.
