RollBack Pro Onboarding

Hello, thank you for choosing RollBack Pro!

We are delighted to have you on board as we take you on a quick tour to help you get familiarised, settled in and make the best use of this app’s features available to you based on the pricing plan you have selected.

The subscription amount is calculated based on higher count of the two - orders or SKUs, will be considered and also whether you are an existing StagingPro customer.

Hence, the subscription amount may vary every month.

 

As soon as you install the app, full backup of your store is initiated immediately and the home page / dashboard is displayed as follows:

Please note: Even you can initiate a full backup by clicking on the “Take Full Backup” button on the dashboard

 

After the app is installed, going to the Settings page would display as follows.

By default, monitoring of the customers and orders is not started due to GDPR compliance. You can initiate the monitoring by clicking on the blue play button.

Moreover, you can stop the monitoring by clicking on the blue pause button.

 

Monitoring: Implies the capturing of all the events like creation, updating and deletion, of the data entities done in the BigCommerce store. These events are displayed in the Recent Changes screen as shown below.

 

When you rollback from the recent changes screen by clicking on “View Version”, the status of rollback can be viewed in the Selective RollBack Log screen.
